The Aidan C. McMullen Chorale is the concert choir of the university. It is a mixed choir consisting of students majoring in various programs offered by the university program, as well as faculty, staff, and alumni. The Chorale is committed to perform choral literature from a broad range of styles, genres, cultures, and contexts.

Mission
The mission of the intercollegiate athletics program at Saint Peter's University is to provide opportunities which enable student-athletes to reach their full potential in academic and athletic pursuits. Emphasis is placed on learning and on the development of the whole person. Fully integrated into the college experience, the athletics program fosters sportsmanship, leadership, teamwork, and ethical and moral conduct among all participants. Through intercollegiate competitions with peer institutions, the students and the College as a whole seek to build community spirit and gain the attention of the public.
Saint Peter's University offers 16 NCAA Division I sports with about 250 student-athletes. Plus cheerleading (which does not compete as an NCAA sport).
Saint Peter's is a founding member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, which began play in 1981-82 and has 10 other full members. Saint Peter's University is also a member of the Eastern College Athletic Conference.

Based on the Jesuit ideal of cura personalis, we collaborate with various Campus offices to offer all members of our diverse religious and cultural community a range of spiritual programs and service opportunities. CAHSI’s efforts and practices actively engage students in learning experiences; prepare students to succeed in STEM courses and assume leadership roles; and develop professional, technical, and team skills required for the workforce, research, and collaborative work. Above all, CAHSI mainstreams mentoring and the building of structured, academic networks for students that prepare them for success in coursework from entry-level through graduate school and, thereafter, into the STEM workforce. CAHSI has built an academic and intellectual community to support student success in its computing departments, and it has created human infrastructure to support its initiatives by training faculty in member departments in effective practices.

With the exponential growth of Big Data over the past few years, the need for Data Scientists becomes more and more pronounced and urgent.

Graduate STEM Programs at Saint Peter's UniversityThe Data Science Institute at Saint Peter’s University is training the next generation of Data Science students offering a cutting edge academic program to meet such demands and train the next generation of data scientists. The Institute works closely with industry thought leaders to bring innovative ideas to market.

The Data Science program integrates scientific methods from statistics, computer science and data-based business management to extract knowledge from data and drive decision making. Our curriculum provides students with a rigorous course of study in big data technologies, applications and practices a pathway for student internships and full-time employment. Graduates are prepared to meet the challenges at the intersection between big data, business analytics, and other emerging fields.

In addition to the Masters program, we offer customized certificate and training courses in the field of analytics. One semester preparatory courses are designed for graduate students and tailored for international studies to gain professional industry.

The Guarini Institute for Government and Leadership at Saint Peter’s University is a non-partisan vehicle that drives public policy discussion of some of the state’s most critical issues. Within this space, the institute hosts panel discussions with key elected officials, academics, non-profit leaders and others to discuss and debate the opportunities and challenges connected with public policies. Our events are free and open to the public and we urge our campus community and citizens across NJ to attend and build awareness of policies that impact our daily lives.

Health Services is a nurse-directed college health facility. We offer first aid, acute illness care, and routine health and nutrition assessments. A physician’s assistant is available one day a week to examine, diagnose and treat students in cases of acute illness. Resource and education materials are available upon request. When appropriate, referrals are made to outside agencies, a list of these medical agencies/clinics are made available to the students when necessary.

Since 2004, Saint Peter’s University proudly maintains NGO status at the United Nations through the UN’s Department of Public Information (DPI). In conjunction with associated NGO’s, DPI seeks to reach the world at large in order to help people better understand the aims and work of the United Nations. The DPI/NGO holds Weekly Briefings on topics relevant to the United Nations and associated NGOs. The Briefings consist of video screenings and panel discussions that are available via webcasts for classroom use and presentations to the Saint Peter’s University community. Additionally, faculty and students may attend live briefings at the UN. Additionally, each year the Guarini Institute at Saint Peter’s University hosts the High School Model UN (SPUHSMUN) and the Harvard Model UN programs.
